About the Unit
Our group home is located in a beautiful natural area in Lerum with good transportation connections and proximity to public transit. The area also features a small grocery store and several good lunch spots, making the workplace both pleasant and easily accessible.
Here, adult residents aged 30–50 live with varying support needs in their daily lives. With us, you'll find joy, commitment, and strong relationships—both with residents and colleagues.

About the Role
As a group manager, you work both operationally and administratively on a rotating schedule: day, evening, weekends, and on-call shifts. This means you serve as a role model for your colleagues and, through your strong commitment, create a positive work climate in the group every day. You provide the conditions for your work group to maintain good relationships with the organization's customers and their families.
As a group manager, you have overall responsibility for the operations, where you:
Lead, develop, and motivate staff in daily work
Ensure quality care in accordance with applicable legislation and guidelines
Responsible for staffing, planning, and work environment
Work closely with both residents and staff
Drive development initiatives focused on quality and participation.
You have personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and participate in developing and quality-assuring the operations in accordance with Nytida's pedagogical framework.
A pedagogue is also available to support the unit.

Your Experience and Knowledge
You have appropriate education within care and nursing and experience with the target group. You speak and write fluent Swedish. It is a merit if you have knowledge and experience of various forms of cognitive support, low-arousal approaches, and experience in work management. A valid driver's license is required.
You have a clear leadership personality and enjoy helping people in your group grow and develop in their professional role. As a person, you are independent, unpretentious, and cooperative. You have the will and ability to manage and follow up on operations based on the company's goals and financial framework. You are resourceful and responsive to the care recipients' needs, and you have a natural respect for other people.
