You should have an interest in pedagogical documentation as an approach, and experience with this is a merit. You should have a good ability to build relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You should actively participate in the team and plan education based on a project-based approach and using pedagogical documentation as a method. Project-based work is our way of working systematically and across subjects. You should have an approach where children's perspectives are in focus.
