On behalf of our client in Malmö Municipality, we are seeking an experienced personal assistant starting in October who is attentive to our client's needs and wishes. The position is approximately 75% with varying working hours. It is important to us that you connect well with the client you will be working for and that you are attentive to the client's needs and wishes. You should be empathetic and respect the client's integrity. You have a good sense of humor and are prepared to make your own decisions. You are responsible and have a natural ability to collaborate. You have the ability to step back when needed. You are good at motivating others and enjoy challenges in your work. You can work days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Personal assistance is provided around the clock. If you have experience in personal assistance, that is good but not necessary to be considered for the position. You will become part of a team that works together with and for the client. The position requires that you hold a valid driver's license for a car. There are a dog and a cat in the client's home; experience with animals is a requirement. Your responsibilities: Tasks related to the profession. It can be anything from individualized care to household tasks. Assistance is primarily provided in the client's home but also includes accompanying the client on activities outside the home. You work in a supportive and motivating manner. Training is provided on-site and through Monument Assistans. Position: 75% Working hours 8-18, 18-08, 24-hour shifts on weekends. About the Job We are looking for someone passionate about animals who wants to become part of our family-oriented small animal veterinary clinic in the countryside. About Us We are a small, family-run small animal clinic located in the countryside, where both animals and their owners are met with warmth, respect, and dedication. Despite being a small clinic, we have well-equipped hospital facilities with the ability to provide inpatient care. We also perform surgical procedures and place great emphasis on safe and professional care – before, during, and after treatment. Our work environment is personal and close-knit – we help each other, support one another, and value good teamwork. We believe in quality over quantity and individualized care for each patient.
