Restaurant Manager at O'Learys Nyköping We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager who wants to lead our operations at O'Learys Nyköping. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something from the start and build something new from the ground up: we open our doors in the fall of 2026 and you will have the chance to shape the team, culture, and working methods before we welcome our first guests. As Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the entire operation runs smoothly and delivers outstanding experiences to our guests, both in the restaurant and during activities. O'Learys Nyköping combines food and beverages with bowling, darts, arcade games, and much more, which means you will lead a broad and dynamic operation where no two days are the same. Your role involves driving the operation both administratively and operationally, as well as being a role model for your team and a representative for the facility externally. The position includes working some weekends. We are looking for someone who has: Documented experience in leadership within restaurants, hospitality, or similar operations Ability to build and develop teams, with a coaching and clear leadership style A strong sense of service and guest experience, and the ability to maintain high quality even at a fast pace Experience with personnel management and scheduling, as well as basic financial understanding Initiative and drive; you thrive with taking responsibility and finding solutions Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, from restaurant operations to activities and events A business-minded approach and a genuine interest in building something long-term It is advantageous if you have experience from a broad entertainment or activity facility, but the most important thing is that you have the right mindset and truly want to be part of building O'Learys Nyköping from the ground up.
