About Unika LSS Mellan
Unika LSS Mellan operates several programs within LSS in the region with a focus on safety, participation, and individualized support. We are currently seeking flexible hourly substitute staff for our operations in Nora, Nyhyttan, and Bångbro.
Our programs serve people with disabilities and we work from a salutogenic and pedagogical approach where the individual's needs, resources, and self-determination are at the center.
The programs differ in both target groups and working methods, which means a varied and developmental work environment for you as an employee.
About the Role

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, flexible, and enjoys a day-to-day where no two days are alike. With us, you have the opportunity to work in several of our programs in Nora, Bångbro, and Nyhyttan, which means you will meet different users, work groups, and work methods.
You will work based on the programs' needs and cover both planned and acute situations. This means you need to feel comfortable adapting with short notice and appreciate variation in your work.

We are currently in a development phase where we are working with new approaches to staffing and collaboration between our units. This means that as someone working with us, you have an important role in how we develop future work methods and collaborations.

The position is an hourly employment where there are good opportunities to work extensively based on the programs' needs. There are also opportunities to develop further with us within Unika.
Qualifications
You are relationship-building, calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive manner and enjoy cooperating with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Requirements:
Very good ability in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills, experience with documentation.
Experience working in healthcare and care.
Secondary education such as a child and leisure program, healthcare and care program, or post-secondary education such as support educator, social educator, or higher education in a relevant field.
Merits if you also have:
Experience in psychiatry, AAC, and low-affect interaction.
Worked with complex support needs.
