Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor – Axel Christiernsson AB Do you want to be part of developing the production of the future in an international company with a strong focus on quality, safety, and employee development? Axel Christiernsson is now seeking an engaged and results-oriented Production Supervisor who wants to lead and further develop our production in Nol. About the Role As a Production Supervisor, you have a central role in the operations where you are responsible for leading, planning, and developing daily production. You ensure that we meet our goals in quality, efficiency, work environment, and delivery accuracy. You are a clear and present leader who works proactively to develop both the operations and your employees – a crucial factor for our continued success. Your Main Areas of Responsibility You are responsible for leading and distributing work within production and ensuring delivery according to plan, quality, and timelines. The role involves continuously working to optimize production flows and resource utilization. You have personnel responsibility including recruitment, development conversations, and competence development, and you ensure compliance with work environment and safety regulations. You participate in budgeting and cost tracking and drive improvement initiatives within production and logistics. In the role, you collaborate closely with functions such as procurement, quality, maintenance, and logistics. Your Leadership You build modern and inclusive leadership where you engage and develop employees. You create clarity through structure and communication and work as a role model in the organization. You actively contribute to good collaboration between production, maintenance, and other departments. Qualifications We are looking for someone with relevant higher education or equivalent, as well as several years of experience in production management within industry. You have knowledge of Lean, 5S, or similar improvement methods, as well as experience in work environment activities and leadership. You have good communication skills and enjoy collaborating with others. You are fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing. You are confident in making decisions and handling situations even at a fast pace.
