We are now expanding one of our assistant teams in Nol. Our client requires 24-hour one-on-one assistance due to a CP-related disability. She is a woman in her 20s with interests in music and football. She needs support with practical everyday tasks, ranging from personal hygiene to attending concerts or starting a TV series. Who are you? We are looking for someone between 20-40 years old with a smile on your face. You understand the client's privacy and preferences. You are present in daily life and provide support without making decisions for the client. We also believe that you: Are smoke-free during work hours. Are between 20-40 years old. Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Due to the intimate nature of this work, we only accept female applicants in the recruitment process. About the Position This vacant position is approximately 50%. You will primarily work overnight shifts, though shorter shifts occasionally occur. Weekend work is a mandatory part of the job.
