Job Responsibilities
As a rental agent/receptionist with us, you will have a key role in meeting our tenants and in daily office operations. You will be our face to the outside world and help both new and existing customers with questions about housing, rentals, and services.
The rental agent role involves juggling many tasks and thriving with a varied work approach focused on achieving an efficient rental process and ensuring satisfied tenants.
Your responsibilities will include:
you are responsible for our customer and rental services and contribute to continuous improvement and development
staffing the reception and responding to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and online portals
carrying out ongoing administration and registration in our Vitec system
responsible for rental agreements and rental law matters
supporting colleagues in customer service and rental operations
showing apartments to potential tenants
providing support to tenants regarding move-in, move-out, and contracts
responsible for inspections related to move-in/move-out
handling vendor invoices, notifying tenants of rent and invoices, collection matters/debt management
handling mail and key administration
ordering renovation work in apartments
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
experience in rental and reception work at housing companies
good computer skills
good ability to express yourself in spoken and written Swedish
driver's license (Class B)
We consider it meritorious if you have:
knowledge of rental law and contract law
experience in reception work
knowledge of how a public organization operates
familiarity with digital working methods
You are someone who enjoys meeting people and thrives in a service-oriented role with varied tasks that sometimes occur at a fast pace. Furthermore, you are responsible, self-motivated, and solution-focused. You have good administrative skills and can structure your work. You enjoy using digital tools at work and find it rewarding to learn new systems. We expect you to be comfortable working in a small team where everyone helps each other and shares their experiences so we can develop together.
