About Us Närhälsan Kungshamn health center currently has approximately 4,000 registered patients and a dedicated team of 25 employees from various professions. About the Work Your main responsibilities involve assessing and treating mental health and behavior-related issues based on primary care priorities. The focus is on preventive and early interventions, based on common reasons for seeking care at a health center. You will work with the registered population's needs in mind, using digital care meetings, internet-based and group treatment, as well as in-person individual visits. We work using primary care-oriented methods, including high accessibility, stepwise/stratified care, and collaboration with other professionals and care partners. It is important that you have an interest in working with a primary care focus, which means prioritizing high accessibility for all residents with mental health and behavior-related issues. Interventions range from psychoeducation and self-care advice, to guided treatment using literature or internet-based treatment, to group treatment or individual treatment interventions. To meet the needs of the entire patient population, you must be able to vary methods and scope of treatment interventions. Together with your colleagues and manager, you will be responsible for the health center's continuous improvement efforts. Supervision of psychology candidates or trainee psychologists may be relevant. About You You are a licensed psychologist with CBT level 1 competence; other specializations are of course also relevant. It is meriting if you have experience from the following: Work as a psychologist at the primary care level Stepwise/stratified care Internet-based psychological treatment Group treatment We are looking for someone who is attentive and accommodating, with good communication skills and the ability to identify individuals' unique needs. Through initiative and active engagement, you want to participate in the organization's development work and contribute as a consultative resource in daily interprofessional collaboration at the health center.
