This is an assignment that involves significantly more than ensuring daily operations. Here you will have a central role in developing leaders, setting direction for the business, and building an organization equipped for the future. – We are looking for a leader who enjoys developing other leaders. Nobel Biocare operates in an industry where quality, traceability, and regulatory requirements are a natural part of everyday work. At the same time, the operation is characterized by a strong improvement culture where Lean, Envista Business System (EBS), and continuous development are important parts of the approach. Beyond responsibility for daily operations, you will have an important role in developing future ways of working, ensuring future production capacity, and creating conditions for continued growth. For the right person, a role with significant influence, engaged leaders, and the opportunity to influence the development of one of Karlskoga's most advanced production operations awaits. – We have high ambitions for the operation in Karlskoga and are looking for a leader who creates results today and builds for the future. You also need to be comfortable in dialogue with our international contacts and be able to represent Karlskoga with clarity and confidence, concludes Filip.
