You need to be able to create understanding for the way forward, build trust, and get people to work toward the same goal. It's about developing both people and operations simultaneously, says Filip. Nobel Biocare operates in an industry where quality, traceability, and regulatory requirements are a natural part of everyday work. At the same time, the operation is characterized by a strong improvement culture where Lean, Envista Business System (EBS), and continuous development are important parts of the approach. Beyond responsibility for daily operations, you will have an important role in developing future ways of working, ensuring future production capacity, and creating conditions for continued growth. For the right person, a role with significant influence, engaged leaders, and the opportunity to influence the development of one of Karlskoga's most advanced production operations awaits. – We have high ambitions for the operation in Karlskoga and are looking for a leader who creates results today and builds for the future.
