About the Workplace Centrum för utveckling och lärande (Cul) offers a wide range of courses including education in Swedish for immigrants, basic and upper secondary adult education, vocational education, apprenticeships, and adapted education. Cul also provides university-level vocational education and the opportunity to study certain higher education programs on site, as well as study and career guidance.
