About Spiragården Alfta We at Spiragården are proud to be able to offer a state-of-the-art residence for those in need. The residence is situated in a quiet location in Alfta with proximity to the center and community services, while also having nature at hand. The residence has 13 beds where each resident has their own apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Additionally, there are common areas such as kitchen/dining area and community spaces. In the residence, support is designed for those living here so they can live as independently as possible with varied content regarding occupation, activities, and community. Each resident is assigned a contact person who is responsible for planning, implementation, and follow-up regarding the resident. About the Role As a residential support staff member, you are an important part of the lives of those living at Spiragården. The treatment of those living with us follows our values and is characterized by our pedagogical approach. Working hours: days, evenings, and weekends. Trial employment for 6 months. Start date May 14, 2026, or by agreement. We are looking for someone with relevant education in psychiatry/care and social services (e.g., nursing assistant with or without psychiatric specialization, nurse, treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, support pedagogue) and experience from psychiatric and/or care services according to SoL/LSS. Holds a class B driver's license. You have documented experience working in similar activities and can provide good references. Meritorious if you have knowledge and experience with low-affective communication and clarifying pedagogy and/or ESL (A Self-Reliant Life). Facilities Operations Technician
Employer: Alfta-Edsbyns Fastighets AB (Aefab) Location: Primarily at Alfta Industricenter (Aicab) Alfta-Edsbyns Fastighets AB (Aefab) is a fully municipally-owned property management company owned by Ovanåkers Municipality. We manage approximately 1,600 apartments as well as a large number of commercial spaces and municipal properties. We work broadly in property management, including operations, building technology, electrical systems, maintenance, communication, and marketing. We are now seeking an experienced Operations Technician who will primarily work at Aicab, a municipally-owned company managed by Aefab. Aicab comprises approximately 35,000 m², consisting of workshop spaces, offices, conference rooms, restaurant, gym, etc. Your Responsibilities As an operations technician with us, you will have a broad and varied role with significant independent responsibility. You will, among other things: Conduct rounds and status checks. Monitor, troubleshoot, and address control systems and other technical installations. Handle trouble reports according to applicable agreements. Order materials and services, follow up on execution, and process cost invoicing. Work with ventilation systems, regulatory requirements, and filter management. Update service applications, IP lists, and documentation. You will plan and support recurring inspections, including: general ventilation inspections, doors and traverses, gates, kitchen equipment, refrigeration units and pressure vessels, etc. You maintain good relationships with contractors, tenants, and clients. Meritorious Experience with ventilation control systems (primarily Schneider). Experience in an industrial environment. Electrical certification. Agricultural Worker
AGRICULTURAL WORKER SOUGHT. OUR OPERATION: We strive to be a beautiful and representative farm in a village with two UNESCO World Heritage farms with a considerable number of visitors. The farm also has a simple summer café and a small heritage building shop. On the farm we have approximately 10 mountain cattle, 15 Hälsinge sheep, Gotland rabbits, and landrace chickens in a living gene bank. We cultivate approximately 15 hectares of land plus some forest and make our own hay. Currently we do not milk, but we would very much like you to have good experience with cattle and calves. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We seek a driven, thorough, and considerate person who wants to be part of a living small farm and self-sufficiency operation with preservation of our Nordic landrace breeds. We seek a strong, wise, and preferably enterprising person who enjoys physical work and ideally has practical skills. You should be able to work independently and take responsibility for what needs to be done on a farm. You need to be in good health. You should be stress-resilient and able to handle many different tasks in a day at a fast pace. When working with animals, anything can happen. Births, escapes, supervision of lambs and calves, etc., so you should also be willing to step in when needed and be flexible with your working hours. You should be able to communicate and be honest, and feel responsibility for our beautiful and unique buildings. It is required that you perform all tasks with a positive attitude, thoroughly but still quickly and efficiently.
