RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking a study advisor in Somali, Tigrinya, and Arabic. Together with teaching staff, you play an important role in students' development toward the educational goals. As a study advisor, you work from each student's educational background and their prior knowledge in both their native language and Swedish. The position is a fixed-term appointment during the 2026/2027 academic year. Employment rate approximately 30-50% depending on the scope of need. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is trained as a study advisor and speaks Somali, Tigrinya, or Arabic fluently, with excellent knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You should have good knowledge of the subjects taught to the student. Previous experience in study advising or educational work is a merit. We prefer that you have good IT skills and can master commonly used programs in school operations. As a person, you are clear and organized. You have the ability to engage students in schoolwork. We expect you to have good collaboration skills with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are committed to guiding students toward good results. Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
