About the Preschool With us, you'll be part of a strong and engaged team of dedicated preschool teachers and engaged childcare workers. The preschool accommodates approximately 54 children divided into three departments and is located in northern Hallsberg. Our pedagogical approach is based on co-inquiry and a listening stance. Therefore, we create learning environments that encourage play, interaction, and exploration, where children feel secure to try new things, think creatively, and grow together with others. We work project-based and use pedagogical documentation as an important tool to develop teaching. Qualifications As a person, you are social and treat children, guardians, and colleagues in a professional manner. You are positive, flexible, and highly engaged. Through pedagogical documentation, you make children's learning processes visible in a quality-conscious way and place great emphasis on interaction and communication. We place great importance on personal suitability. Licensed preschool teacher, or alternatively hold a degree that qualifies you for licensure.
