Social Responsibility Coordinator (SRC)

WORKPLACE We are seeking an engaged and driven Social Responsibility Coordinator (SRC) for the Individual and Care Services Department at Hagfors Municipality. In your role as SRC, you will have a central function in strategic quality work with a focus on strengthening services for those we serve. The position is placed within the Individual and Care Services Department, and you work on behalf of the Social Services Director, in close collaboration with Operations Managers and other key functions. WORK TASKS As an SRC, you work both strategically and operationally to develop, monitor, and ensure quality within social services operations. Your work tasks include, among other things: Responsibility for parts of systematic quality work according to SoL and LSS Investigate, analyze, and follow up on deviations and lex Sarah matters Develop, create, and follow up on routines, guidelines, and processes Provide support to managers in quality and improvement work Conduct training initiatives on quality, documentation, and legal certainty Participate in supervision processes and contacts with external authorities Contribute to developing a learning organization where experiences are utilized and converted into improvements Work with development and management of operational systems Coordinate cross-departmental assignments within the department with a focus on social services and care The work takes place in close collaboration with operations throughout the Individual and Care Services Department, where a team-based approach is an important foundation. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to quality and legal certainty and good analytical abilities. You have: A degree in social work or other relevant higher education Several years of experience from social services operations Good knowledge of current legislation (SoL, LSS, HSL) Experience in quality work, monitoring, and investigation work Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing Good ability to manage M365 and operations-specific digital environments as a user and system administrator Driver's license, category B It is a merit if you have experience working as an SRC or similar function. It is a merit if you have experience with system responsibility for operational systems within social services. As a person, you are structured, independent, and find it easy to create good relationships. You contribute to an open climate where collaboration and development are in focus, and you have the ability to convert analysis into practical improvement work.
