Full-Time Housekeeping and Breakfast Manager

Grebbestad Fjorden is located in the heart of Bohuslän, just a few minutes' walk from the popular Grebbestad Pier, cliffs and saltwater baths. We are now looking for an energetic and committed Housekeeping and Breakfast Manager who, like us, is driven by satisfied guests. This is a full-time position that suits you if you thrive in an operational leadership role where service, quality, responsibility and teamwork are in focus. About the Position In your role as Housekeeping and Breakfast Manager, you are responsible for quality, personnel and daily operations. You work operationally together with your team members with both cleaning and breakfast because that is how we believe our guests get a really great experience – from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities - Personnel responsibility for housekeeping and breakfast for both full-time and seasonal employees - Quality assurance of guest rooms and service facilities - Operational work with cleaning of rooms, common areas, cottages and service facilities - Deep cleaning during periods with lower occupancy - Breakfast and conference responsibility with planning and execution during low and high seasons - Ensure routines, workflows and high service standards - General administrative tasks such as ordering, schedule planning etc. - Be flexible and take responsibility where needed in daily operations Who Are You?
