Brandbergsskolan is now seeking an engaged teacher for grades 4–6 who wants to make a real difference in a multicultural setting with language development as the focus. About us Brandbergsskolan is a grades F–9 school in Haninge with strong community and high engagement. Our students represent many languages and cultures, which we see as a great asset in learning. We have very good results in the School Inspection survey, particularly regarding safety, and we work purposefully to develop instruction so that all students can achieve as much as possible. With us, safety, relationships, and high expectations go hand in hand. Your responsibilities As a teacher in grades 4–6, you will: - plan and deliver instruction with high expectations for all students - work to develop language across all subjects with a focus on students' language and concept development - build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians - create a safe and inclusive learning environment where all students succeed - collaborate in team settings and contribute to the school's joint development work We're looking for someone who - holds a teaching certificate for grades 4–6 - demonstrates clear relational leadership in the classroom - sees language as the key to learning across all subjects - wants to work in a multicultural area and recognizes the strength in students' diverse backgrounds - enjoys collaboration and wants to help develop our school We offer - a school with strong team spirit and engaged colleagues - a clear focus on language-development practices - a safe workplace with good student outcomes - opportunities to grow in your profession and develop your instruction Application We welcome your application!
