Night Nursing Assistant at Vaxholms Elderly Care

Forenede Care Vaxholms äldreboende consists of three properties with a total of 83 apartments distributed across seven units. Five units are designed for individuals with cognitive impairments. The facility is located near green areas and with good transportation connections. It takes approximately 40 minutes by bus from central Stockholm, and approximately one hour by Vaxholm ferry. In the role of nursing assistant, you work with care and support based on the customer's wishes, in accordance with care decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. You help with, for example, patient care, supervision, responding to alarms, and providing social support. You also work with delegated tasks from licensed personnel, such as medication administration. Job Description We are currently seeking a nursing assistant for the night shift for a permanent position with a probationary period. Start date: By agreement. To be eligible for the position, you need: A certificate from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written We also consider it a merit if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care. To thrive in the position, you are engaged and care about your fellow humans, while being good at building strong relationships and service-oriented. Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened extract from the police's criminal record.
