About the position We are looking for a nursing assistant or care assistant who wants to work close to people in need of care and support in their own homes. You will be the one who contributes to creating security and continuity in their everyday lives. The work is varied and you work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues to provide the best possible care. It requires great commitment and active participation to develop and improve the operation. Our clients live in Rimbo and surrounding areas where we mainly reach our users by car, bicycle, and on foot. Your responsibilities include, among other things: - Providing personal care. - Being a support during meals. - Participating in social activities with clients and accompanying them on walks. - Carrying out delegated tasks from nurses or rehabilitation staff. - Writing implementation plans based on the client's individual needs. About you For this position, you need: - Previous experience with similar work with varying tasks. - Basic digital skills. - Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. - Ability to ride a bicycle. It is meritorious if you also have: - Training as a nursing assistant with a professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen). - Experience and interest in areas such as dementia, technology, and documentation. - Driver's license (category B) and driving experience. This means that a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare is required to use the title nursing assistant.
