DUTIES We are looking for you with appropriate teaching credentials and license. In this position, you are responsible for planning, leading, and teaching wood and metal crafts to grades 3-6 in primary school. QUALIFICATIONS Formal Competencies: We are looking for someone who has appropriate credentials and a license, or has experience in the profession. Personal Competencies: You are skilled at adapting your teaching based on grade level and students' varying knowledge levels and prerequisites. You have enthusiasm and commitment to the subject together with students and other colleagues. As a teacher, you are responsible for creating a positive and creative learning environment so that students feel curiosity and motivation to learn, now and in the future. You are responsible for creating safe, inspiring, and challenging instruction for students. You understand the shared mission and work to make it as good as possible. You are also independent and have the courage and ability to make your own decisions within the scope of your assignment without being dependent on others. You take responsibility for your tasks and drive the work forward. The position is 20-30%. A 6-month probationary period applies.
