The Role of Foreman/Project Manager
As a foreman/project manager, you are responsible for planning, driving, and following up roof and sheet metal projects from start to finish. You will be the link between the customer, production, and management — and have significant influence on how projects are executed.
Your responsibilities:
Lead and plan daily work on site in projects
Ensure quality, work environment, and schedule
Maintain contact with customers, suppliers, and clients
Participate in budgeting, quotation work, and follow-up
Support and develop our sheet metal workers in their work
Ensure that projects comply with contracts, ABT, and company procedures
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience as a foreman, project manager, or senior sheet metal worker
Has good technical understanding of roofing/sheet metal work
Is organized, communicative, and solution-oriented
Enjoys responsibility and likes working closely with both colleagues and customers
Holds a valid driver's license (category B)
Meritorious: experience with contract law (ABT/AB), budgeting, or previous project responsibility.
