About the Position
As an assistant career consultant, you coach job seekers toward employment, internships, or education. You help participants set goals, develop strategies, and strengthen their motivation. The role also includes building relationships with employers and partners to create more job opportunities.
Examples of Key Responsibilities:
Coach participants in job searching and career planning.
Work results-oriented toward established goals.
Plan, follow up, and document interventions.
Network with employers and match participants to open positions.
Qualifications (according to Arbetsförmedlingen)
Option 1
Higher education of at least 180 credits.
At least 2 years of relevant full-time work experience.
Option 2
At least 1 year of post-secondary studies.
At least 3 years of relevant full-time work experience (e.g., management, recruitment, coaching, or customer contact).
This is a part-time position.
