Your Responsibilities In the role of HR Business Partner, you work broadly with both operational and strategic HR matters. You become a close support to managers in the operation and at the same time contribute to developing HR work locally and in collaboration with the Group. Manager and Operations Support: - Provide qualified HR support to managers in personnel-related matters - Support and coach managers in change management and organizational development - Provide advice on matters relating to leadership, work environment, rehabilitation, and talent acquisition Labor Law, Processes, and Employee Lifecycle: - Work with labor law matters and negotiations - Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit - Ensure that policies, guidelines, and HR processes are followed Development and Collaboration: - Drive and develop HR processes within areas such as talent acquisition, performance, rehabilitation, and work environment - Collaborate with the Group's central support functions within HR - Participate in and drive development projects within HR Good to Know The position is located at Boliden Zinkgruvan, just outside Askersund. You work closely with the operation and managers on-site, which means physical presence is an important part of the role. Boliden Zinkgruvan is Sweden's southernmost underground mine and one of the region's largest employers. Here, over 150 years of industrial history is combined with modern technology, sustainability focus, and future confidence. You will become part of the local HR team, consisting of two colleagues, and report to the HR Manager. The role involves significant responsibility on your own, while you have access to Boliden Group's broad HR organization and specialist expertise. Our Expectations We are looking for someone with academic education in HR, personnel science, or equivalent experience. You have several years of experience in qualified HR work and feel confident independently handling a broad range of HR matters. You have experience supporting managers in both operational and strategic matters and thrive in an operations-focused role where you can combine labor law, manager support, and organizational development. We would like to see that you have previously worked in industry, production, or other complex operations. As a person, you are confident, relationship-building, and trustworthy. You collaborate easily, drive matters forward, and have the ability to switch between strategic perspectives and operational actions. Experience in HR transformation, change management, or implementation of HR systems, such as Workday or SuccessFactors, is a merit. A driver's license and very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are required. Interested?
