Welding Operator

Job Responsibilities: Manual MIG/MAG and TIG welding according to technical drawings and instructions Weld parts and components in industrial manufacturing Handle welding of aluminum and stainless steel materials Ensure high quality and precision in completed welding work Perform self-inspections and quality checks according to applicable requirements Participate in daily production work including grinding, wire brushing, spot welding, bolt welding, and contribute to an efficient production flow Follow company procedures regarding safety, work environment, and organization Programming and welding in robot cells may become relevant. Qualifications High school education Welding experience Understanding and experience with MIG/MAG and TIG welding Ability to work independently and according to technical drawings Good material knowledge, primarily stainless steel and aluminum Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Basic IT skills and monitor experience Driver's license You will become part of an experienced team where safety, collaboration, and professional skill are central. Work takes place in well-equipped facilities with a focus on good working environment and long-term commitment. Your Profile/Competencies: As a person, you are self-driven, physically fit, meticulous, and have good problem-solving abilities. You take responsibility for your tasks, maintain high quality standards, and enjoy collaborating in a team to achieve common goals. You are a trained welder or possess equivalent practical experience. It is advantageous to have a personal certification (welding license).
