Modern senior living facility in the outdoor city of Riksten in Tullinge, Botkyrka Municipality. About the role The group manager role is part of Vardaga's winning concept for close leadership. You are a "playing coach" and combine practical work with administration. Your primary responsibility is to coach and work in daily care operations alongside your team. You are a role model for your employees. By being engaged, present, answering questions, giving feedback, and acknowledging your team members, you create a good work climate in the group. You work daytime, weekends, and evenings. The role includes: Personnel and planning responsibility for your work group Participating in developing and ensuring quality of operations in accordance with Vardaga's concept Collaborating, discussing, and exchanging experiences with your fellow group manager colleagues Reporting to the operations manager and having the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management group. You are a trained nursing assistant, have good computer skills, and speak and write fluent Swedish. Experience from elder care and leadership is a merit for this role.
