Job Responsibilities As a residential support worker, you work closely with users in their daily lives. You provide support based on individual needs and implementation plans, with a focus on strengthening independence and quality of life. The work includes supporting users with everyday tasks such as cleaning, shopping, and home organization. You motivate and support users in social contacts and activities, as well as provide support with contacts with authorities and healthcare institutions. Supervisor in Work-Integrated Services - Healthcare and Care Services

The Labor Market Administration works to promote the municipality's growth by creating conditions for residents to have lifelong learning and be self-sufficient. We do this with a focus on skills supply and through coordinated operational services to businesses where we work to meet complex societal challenges with innovative approaches. The administration consists of three departments: Labor Market, Quality and Coordination, and Campus Trelleborg, and has approximately 100 dedicated employees. Job Responsibilities As a supervisor within healthcare and care services in both municipalities, you have a central role in supporting, guiding, and supervising participants during their work training/internship. Your main responsibilities as a work leader include supervising individually and in groups, distributing work tasks, and working with theoretical and practical skills development activities for participants, primarily at care facilities. You will be out at different workplaces in the municipalities on a daily basis. You will also collaborate with other actors in the municipality as you work together with the individual and their development. You will work closely with each individual, and your contribution will be crucial for the participants' success while being part of an engaged team at the Labor Market Administration where collaboration, open dialogue, and support from various professionals, such as labor market secretaries and recruiters, are the key to success. The position is placed within the Labor Market Administration, which is responsible for financial assistance and labor market initiatives in both Trelleborg and Svedala municipalities, which means work can occur in both locations. The supervisor's responsibility is both supervisory and operational in daily work, with a focus on supporting, guiding, and distributing work tasks related to participants' work training. The operational management assignment is operational and limited to the practical work in the activity for participants' work training. Formal personnel responsibility and overall management of regular employees remain with the responsible manager in the activity.
