You are stepping into a new position where you have good opportunities to influence content, working methods, and structure. In the role, you work to strengthen participants' Swedish in connection with work. You plan and lead language activities in groups, for example vocational Swedish, and also implement individually adapted measures based on each participant's needs and level. An important part of the work takes place in workplaces, where you support participants in their language development in a real work environment. You work both independently and together with others. You are responsible for planning and implementing your own measures, while closely collaborating with colleagues such as labor market secretaries, counselors, recruiters, and supervisors. The work is varied and may also involve adapting measures for different industries, depending on participants' goals and labor market needs. The position may include work in both Trelleborg and Svedala municipalities. In the work, you plan and lead language training in groups, for example vocational Swedish, and adapt content and structure based on participants' different levels, goals, and conditions. You also implement individual support measures and work practically with language development in workplaces, where you support participants in their daily lives and in their encounters with working life. An important part of the assignment is also to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to joint planning and development of the activities. Qualifications We are looking for you who have higher education of at least three years with a behavioral science or pedagogical focus. You have experience in labor market-oriented work where you have coached, counseled, and motivated individuals toward work or studies, preferably in groups. You also have pedagogical experience, and it is particularly meritorious if you have worked with teaching Swedish as a second language or other language development work with adults. You have good knowledge of labor market issues and understanding of different authorities' assignments and how they collaborate. You express yourself very well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. A category B driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement as travel in the course of work occurs.
