Your role at Preformance
As a Setup Technician, you are responsible for setting up, starting, and optimizing production on the company's injection molding machines. The role involves close collaboration with operators, planners, and other functions in the operation to ensure efficient production with high quality.
Your main responsibilities include:
Setting up and commissioning injection molding machines
Programming and maintenance of robots and machines
Quality assurance and production release
Documentation and reporting in Monitor
Troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of production processes
Training operators and participating in improvement initiatives
You also have an important responsibility to ensure product quality, good order in production, and efficient use of the machine park.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a technical interest who is comfortable taking responsibility in a production environment. You are thorough, solution-oriented, and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others.
To succeed in this role, we see that you:
Have proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
Have basic knowledge of English
Have technical understanding and an interest in production technology
Have good computer skills and preferably experience with business systems
Are communicative and collaborate well with colleagues
Have drive to develop both yourself and the business
It is an advantage if you have experience in injection molding, setup work, or other industrial production.
