ISS is one of the world's largest service companies and we will soon celebrate 80 years in Sweden! With over 6,500 employees across the country, from north to south, we deliver services that make a difference. We offer our customers everything from cleaning to technical services, food and workplace services. We create workplaces where people thrive, businesses grow, and where sustainability is a given – socially, environmentally, and commercially. Our employees are the heart of what we do – and crucial for our customers to feel secure, seen – and for their workplaces to flourish.
About the role
As a Facilities Cleaner, you and your colleagues play an important role in ensuring the overall experience in our client's premises. Together you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You will primarily work with cleaning the client's facilities, as well as other tasks such as conference services, refilling water/coffee machines, and plant care.
The position is part-time and permanent with an initial probationary period of 6 months.
What we offer
You will work closely with competent colleagues from whom you will gain great benefit, as we care about helping and developing each other. ISS's size and broad range of services contribute to good development opportunities both nationally and globally. Our focus is on taking care of and developing our employees, because we believe in "People make places". ISS offers training and development opportunities – all to ensure you are engaged and growing with ISS in the long term.
We value diversity and inclusion highly. At ISS, all people are equally valued and have the same rights and opportunities. Our employees reflect society's diversity, which is both a competitive advantage and an asset in our long-term sustainability work. Our inclusive corporate culture strengthens our employees, makes us more creative and productive, and creates a more attractive workplace.
ISS values, which are fundamental to how we work, are quality, responsibility, integrity, entrepreneurship, and community. Therefore, it is important that you feel you stand for a way of working and an approach that aligns with these.
Who are we looking for?

You thrive in the role as a company representative and share ISS's commitment to delivering world-class service. This means you should have a high level of service, good oversight of your cleaning area, and can suggest improvements to the client. It is important that you are responsive to the client's needs. You have an easy time building good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Furthermore, you have the ability to collaborate as the work can be both individual and in groups.
We would like to see that you have experience from service professions or industry experience. It is important that you master the Swedish language. A high school diploma is required.
