JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You will meet individuals in various life situations, and cases will be diverse. This may include support and treatment work where you meet children of different ages, parents, and adults seeking support for various needs, such as mental health issues, violence, harmful substance use/addiction, and family work involving networks. The treatment team works on behalf of children, youth, and adults. Social work is fundamental to us. To understand each person's unique situation, collaboration is needed, both internally and externally, as a prerequisite in social work for the individual's overall situation. The goal of social work is to identify and strengthen the individual's own resources, and to promote each person's opportunities for improved quality of life as a whole. The foundation is working toward good contact, a high degree of motivation work, change and reinforcement work, both through good treatment, various forms of support and methods. We are in the startup phase of preventive work such as school social services teams and interventions without needs assessments, where you and other colleagues in the treatment team will be involved and play important roles. Some of the methods used today are FCU, Trappan, Conversations About Violence and Conversations About Freedom, ÅP, ACRA, and ABC groups. It is meritorious if you as an applicant have experience in preventive work and with evidence-based methods within social services treatment work, preferably targeted toward children and families. It is independent work in the sense that you are responsible for the cases you work with in your assignments, and you have close collaboration with case managers. You will also receive continuous external supervision and have the opportunity to influence your work. The team includes a unit manager and senior case manager who provide support in daily methodological guidance, as well as lead and distribute work. Work takes place primarily during office hours, with some flexible scheduling within our flexible framework possible. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a degree in social work (socionom), or alternatively another university degree with 180 credits, which the employer deems equivalent. Experience in treatment work and preventive work within social services is meritorious, as well as good documentation skills. Swedish fluency in speech and writing is required.
