About Us WeBeS is a specialized surface treatment company that exclusively works with pickling of stainless steel. Since our start in 1996, we have delivered sustainable results to industry – everything from small components to large structures. At our facility in Kil, we combine one of Western Sweden's largest pickling tanks (7x2x2 m) with a spacious spray hall of 350 square meters. Additionally, we operate Sweden's only mobile pickling truck, which allows us to perform qualified pickling services for customers throughout the country. About the Role The work is practical and varied, and you will work closely with a small and dedicated team. The role includes: Perform dip and spray pickling of components and structures Prepare, inspect, and quality control materials before and after treatment Handle chemicals according to our safety procedures – always in full protective equipment Maintain and monitor pickling baths and process equipment Handle and lift materials using forklift and overhead crane Contribute to order, safety, and a good working environment in the workshop There is also the opportunity to join assignments with our mobile pickling truck at customer locations. We Are Looking for You If You Enjoy practical work, are driven, and interested in learning new skills Are thorough and methodical Take safety and chemical handling very seriously Are responsible, reliable, and a good team player Speak and write Swedish fluently We also value strong work ethic. Meritorious: Experience in pickling, surface treatment, industrial work, or similar Forklift license and/or overhead crane license C-class driver's license (for work with the mobile truck) Don't have all the experience? No problem – we are happy to train the right person. What matters most is that you have the right attitude and want to learn the craft.
