As a vocational instructor at Movant, you will help realize our vision "From Job Dream to Dream Job". Do you have several years of experience as a ventilation technician and feel it's time for the next step? About the Role We are looking for someone with a vocational certification or many years of experience in the ventilation technician field. If you also have pedagogical experience, such as mentoring, that is a plus. Together with a colleague, you will train participants in both practical and theoretical aspects. To thrive in the role of instructor with us, it is important that you are a team player who enjoys working in groups. It is essential that you have the ability and willingness to develop people by sharing your professional expertise. We would like to see that you have experience leading work and possess strong knowledge within your profession, both theoretically and practically. A teaching degree is desirable but not required. We also offer the opportunity to study to become a teacher while working. Your personality is characterized by strong collaboration skills and flexibility. You have the ability to build good relationships with everyone you meet in your work. As an educator, you give participants strong confidence in their abilities to reach individual and collective goals together. You work toward a learning and innovative climate and are careful to provide participants with feedback on their results. Quality is an important principle for you. As an instructor with us, you help participants develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge while pursuing your own passion for your profession.
