Lärcentrum Markaryd is now developing the nursing assistant program within municipal adult education. The program has previously been conducted in collaboration with an external partner, and we are now seeking an engaged and experienced vocational instructor who wants to participate in building, shaping, and developing the program for the future. This is an opportunity for you who want to combine teaching with development work and who are motivated by making a real difference for both students and the working world. Job Responsibilities As a vocational instructor in health and care, you work to help students develop the knowledge, skills, and approaches required for future work in health and care. You support, motivate, and challenge students based on their individual circumstances and contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. In this role, you are responsible for planning, implementing, assessing, and following up on instruction. At the same time, you become an important part in building up the program and have the opportunity to influence content, working methods, and structures. The job responsibilities include, among other things: - Planning, implementation, and evaluation of instruction in health and care subjects - Mentoring and support to students throughout the program - Collaboration with the working world regarding workplace-based learning (APL) - Development of the program's content, procedures, and working methods We are a learning organization where collaboration, development, and quality are in focus. Qualifications We are looking for you who: - primarily are a licensed vocational instructor with authorization to teach in health and care - alternatively have other education or documented experience in health and care that we assess as equivalent. - have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written. Meritorious It is meritorious if you have: - experience teaching in adult education, upper secondary school, or equivalent - good digital competence and experience using digital tools for communication and pedagogy - experience with workplace-based learning (APL) Personal Qualities We are looking for you who are confident in your professional role and who combine strong pedagogical leadership with a development-oriented approach. You work in a structured manner, take initiative, and have the ability to drive issues forward.
