We are now looking for a Warehouse Manager who wants to take responsibility for further developing our warehouse operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, safety, service, and long-term relationships. In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine operational leadership with strategic improvement work, where digitalization, continuous improvements, and collaboration with global stakeholders are a natural part of your daily work. About the Role As Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality management of the company's warehouse flows. You lead and develop the team and drive improvement initiatives within processes, systems, and working methods to meet both current and future operational needs. Your main areas of responsibility include: • Lead, coach, and develop employees within the warehouse and logistics organization to create engagement, accountability, and high performance. • Ensure a high level of service to both internal and external customers through a solution-oriented and professional approach. • Ensure the right level of competence, staffing, and continuous development of employees. • Set, follow up on, and ensure achievement of relevant KPIs and operational goals. • Ensure that operations comply with applicable safety, quality, and workplace environment guidelines and maintain good order and structure in daily operations. For success in this role, we believe you are an engaged and development-oriented leader with a good understanding of how people, processes, and operations work together to create results. We would like to see that you: • Have experience in leadership within warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or other relevant operational activities. • Have experience in change management and driving improvement work in an organization, preferably based on Lean principles and continuous improvement. • Have a genuine interest in digitalization and see opportunities in using technology and data to create improvements. • Have experience working with KPIs and translating data into concrete improvement measures. • Have knowledge of SAP or other business and warehouse management systems. Experience in production planning, procurement, or sales is a plus. • Are service-oriented and have an easy time building trust, establishing relationships, and collaborating broadly within the organization. • Are structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable making decisions in a changing environment. • Are comfortable in an international context where you can communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing, and build trusting relationships with global stakeholders.
