JOB DUTIES We are looking for you, a licensed nurse who wants to work with us in Care and Healthcare where you work for quality, participation, and person-centered care. Your main duties will be to lead and plan daily nursing work in home healthcare and be responsible for health and medical care services at the nursing level. You will perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and nursing interventions for our patients. You will also work preventively to maintain health and well-being. You are also responsible for nursing documentation in accordance with applicable legislation, procedures for nursing work to be developed and quality assured according to the organization's management system for quality and patient safety. The position includes delegating and supervising nursing staff in health and medical care services. Documentation takes place in the database journal system Treserva. We would like to see that you have previously worked in care and healthcare - elderly care. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. A class B driver's license is a requirement.
