Do you want to create security and support for individuals with complex needs? We are seeking residential support workers and coordinators for our newest LSS group housing in Östhammar. We are opening in a newly built property this summer. The work is meaningful and demands high standards of professionalism, empathy, and structure. Job Responsibilities Provide support in daily life based on individual implementation plans. Create a safe and respectful environment focused on the individual's specific needs. Handle challenging situations with calm and professionalism. Document according to established procedures. The work includes day shifts, evening shifts, weekend work, and on-call overnight duty according to schedule. About You For this position, you must have relevant education, such as the Care and Health Program or vocational education in socialpedagogy, psychiatry, or similar. You have excellent Swedish language skills in both speech and writing and hold a valid B-class driver's license. It is advantageous if you have specialist training in psychiatry or neuropsychiatry, education in CBT, or knowledge of trauma and trauma-informed care. If you have experience working with individuals with complex issues, such as NPF or mental health disorders, we would view that as an additional asset. We are looking for someone with personal maturity and the ability to handle stress and conflict situations. You have the physical and mental stamina needed as the work can be demanding at times. As a person, you are respectful and have a professional demeanor. Additionally, you have the ability to work both independently and within a team.
