We are seeking vacation replacements for the municipality's residential care facilities, home care services, support for people with disabilities, social psychiatry services, and personal assistance roles. Your duties will mainly involve strengthening each person's sense of coherence, self-determination, and experience of health. This is achieved through your care, support, and assistance to each person you meet. We also work actively to strengthen the health and wellbeing of the individual. Qualifications We are looking for you with empathy and commitment! To thrive with us, you should have an interest in working with people. We would prefer that you have training in care work, but it is not a requirement; experience in similar work is an asset. We are looking for someone who is confident, responsible, and interested in working with people in need of care and support. As a summer replacement, good collaboration with colleagues, service users, family members, and managers is very important. You must be at least 18 years old for this position. Most services include day, evening, and night shifts; please mention in your application if you have specific preferences regarding this. Most positions require a driver's license.
