About the Position We operate services for adults with support needs according to LSS. We offer group homes, day activities, and sensory spaces. Our clients' daily lives are guided by participation, influence, and self-determination. You will be placed at one of our group homes or day activity centers and work with nice colleagues who do their best every day to deliver good results. Since we have good cooperation within Humana, you will also get to meet other residents and colleagues on certain occasions. We are now looking for a summer substitute who wants to work according to a schedule at our operations. As a residential support worker, you work with people who need support with their daily living. In this role, you will: - Provide individual support, care, and service assistance - Plan and carry out activities with the client - Possibly perform delegated health and medical care tasks You work both independently and in close cooperation with colleagues Who Are You? - Experience from similar operations is advantageous - Knowledge of low-arousal approaches and structured teaching is preferred - Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, as documentation is a large part of the work - B-class driver's license is desirable As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The position of residential support worker also requires patience, flexibility, and responsiveness.
