Responsibilities Do you enjoy planning and structuring? Here you will be responsible for planning and executing infrastructure projects, with a focus on ensuring they are implemented according to contracts. The position involves partly collaboration with other project managers and partly independent projects. You will coordinate different parts of the project with the assembly manager, including material orders, staffing, and health and safety. You will also manage quality plans for the projects, monitor contract requirements and ensure compliance with these, and maintain ongoing contact with customers to coordinate and ensure smooth project execution. Furthermore, you will have responsibility for finances, including invoicing and cost tracking, and participate in monthly project evaluations and contribute to the development of quality and environmental systems, as workplace environment and safety are important. Your role also extends toward the sales department, which you will support with estimating and agreements, as well as administrative tasks as needed. You maintain contact with customers via email, phone, and meetings. Business travel may occur. After the training period, there will be an opportunity to work from home for those who wish. Location in Arvika or the surrounding area along the Norwegian border. Good conditions regarding salary and benefits, etc.! We Are Looking For You We are looking for someone with experience leading and managing projects in technically complex areas, preferably with experience from the contractor side within infrastructure. We are looking for a structured and organized person with financial understanding, so you can manage project budgets and ensure they are completed within time and cost frames. You need to be communicative and have the ability to build and maintain relationships, both internally and externally, and have an open and unpretentious attitude toward your tasks and colleagues. You also need to be able to work independently and take responsibility for driving your projects forward, while being responsive to customer needs and wishes. This position suits you if you are a construction engineer or similar, and preferably if you have experience with infrastructure projects, which would prepare you well to take on this challenging and exciting role.
