About the Role As an operator of OKQ8 Bilverkstad, you'll have the opportunity to run your own business under a strong and well-known brand. You lease a ready-to-use workshop facility adjacent to our station and are responsible for the daily operation of your own workshop within our OKQ8 Bilverkstad concept. As an operator, you are responsible for building and managing your business with a focus on quality, service, and profitability. You follow OKQ8's concept but operate your own corporation. As an operator of OKQ8 Bilverkstad, you will, among other things: Manage the workshop's operations, customer reception, and administration Ensure work is performed in accordance with applicable laws and quality requirements Recruit, lead, and develop your staff Handle tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment Ensure high customer satisfaction and concept compliance To succeed, we see that you have experience from the automotive industry, perhaps as a mechanic, customer service representative, or workshop manager. You need to have automotive technical expertise and an understanding of workshop operations, economics, and customer service. Own corporation Category B driver's license Automotive technical experience It is an advantage if you have experience running or managing a workshop. As a person, you are customer-oriented, business-minded, and goal-focused with a strong service attitude and a desire to build something of your own. Other Information: You are responsible for purchasing tools and machinery such as lifts and tire machines. The premises are ready to take over, with customer reception and concept profile already in place. As part of the recruitment process, you must complete MEKO's KSV test, a competency test in automotive engineering, and provide a certified extract from the criminal records register before a contract is signed. For this position, you must be a citizen of Sweden, another Nordic country, or an EU/EES country, have permanent residence in Sweden, or be an asylum seeker with the right to work. You must be able to prove your citizenship or right to work in Sweden during the recruitment process.
