We're growing – do you want to lead the development with us? Bonde LSS in Haninge Municipality is now looking for an interim operations manager who wants to be part of our transformation journey. Together, we work to offer Sweden's best group and service housing within LSS. Much is happening in Haninge – we find ourselves in one of the municipality's most ambitious development phases, where we're building the city of the future just 20 minutes from central Stockholm. Here you'll have the opportunity to develop in an organization characterized by collaboration, commitment, and a desire to make real change. As operations manager, you'll be a key person in our continued development. You report directly to the area manager and are part of an experienced and engaged management team where we together drive change, improvement, and quality. Within the Housing and Health and Medical Care area, there are currently 24 operations, where you as operations manager are responsible for 3–4 LSS activities. Your mission is to lead the activities with a focus on quality, work environment, and finances, and to ensure that we offer support and services with respect and high professionalism. You have personnel, budget, and operational responsibility and work closely with both employees, service users, families, and collaboration partners. We actively work with participation, innovation, and new technology to strengthen independence and quality of life for those we serve. In your role, you'll receive support from group leaders in daily work, while contributing to the whole in an organization where short decision-making paths and close collaboration create good conditions for development. We lead with a trust-based and transformative approach – where you inspire, challenge, and develop both operations and employees. What we're looking for from you A degree in social work or other relevant university education (minimum 180 credits) At least 2 years of experience in management positions with responsibility for personnel, work environment, and budget within disability care Preferably experience from LSS, particularly group and service housing Good knowledge of legislation and regulations within the disability field Experience working with functional variations, neurodevelopmental conditions, comorbidities, challenging behaviors, and methods such as low-stimulus interaction and AAC Good digital skills and interest in technology and development Your profile You're a confident and inspiring leader who creates commitment, participation, and joy in work.
