Your Role As a crafts teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on crafts instruction. You create a safe and inspiring learning environment where students develop creativity, problem-solving skills, perseverance, and confidence in their own abilities. We believe that crafts is more than just a subject. It's a place where ideas take shape, where theory meets practice, and where students practice turning thoughts into action. That's why we're looking for someone who wants to help make learning alive and relevant. At Fridaskolan, we enjoy working across subjects. We're Looking for Someone Who Is a certified crafts teacher or has equivalent qualifications. Has a creative approach and enjoys inspiring students to create. Sees opportunities in cross-curricular collaboration and wants to develop teaching together with colleagues. Is a safe and clear leader when working with students. Has strong ability to build relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. Is initiative-taking, responsible, and solution-oriented. Thrives in an organization where collaboration and development are a natural part of daily work.
