About the Position We are now seeking a temporary Family Foster Care Coordinator for a time-limited employment. As a Family Foster Care Coordinator, you work with recruitment, training, supervision, and support for our foster families. In pursuit of our goal of providing a seamless care pathway for placed children, you will also, when appropriate, identify and arrange suitable HVB (residential care homes), as well as contact families and contact persons. Work with foster families, HVB, contact persons, and contact families is varied and stimulating. It also requires the ability to find flexible and creative solutions with the child's best interests in focus. You will be part of a team with a unit manager, senior social worker, family foster care coordinator, social workers, and school coordinator. Are You the Person We're Looking For? We seek someone with a degree in social work, supervisor training, and training in BBIC and "A Home to Grow In." You must have a solution-focused work approach and current experience with authority and social services work according to the Social Services Act. You need to be comfortable when the day doesn't go as planned. You must be flexible and appreciate varied work. Longer travels are also part of the position. You are solution-focused, engaged, and have strong collaboration skills with colleagues both internally and with external partners. You have current work experience from social services work with children and young people and good knowledge of current legislation. Training in systems theory and Signs of Safety is meriting. We place great importance on personal suitability. Valid driver's license (Category B). Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
