Malung-Sälens Swimming Hall opened in fall 2024 and is a modern and pleasant facility featuring a 25-meter pool, children's water area, multi-purpose pool, and a relaxation zone with bubble pools, aufguss sauna, and comfortable social spaces. In addition, we have a café where we serve simple food and refreshments. Our primary focus is making the swimming hall an enjoyable place to visit, so we place great importance on customer service and cleanliness. Naturally, we also offer a large number of water activities, with our children's swimming school being the most important, but we also offer baby swimming, mini swimming, adult swimming lessons, water training, water yoga, and much more. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES At Malung-Sälens Swimming Hall, we currently have a team of six full-time employees and are now seeking a substitute for one of them. Are you a service-oriented person who enjoys meeting people and wants varied work? Then this could be the job for you. You are someone who takes great responsibility, is pleasant, and flexible. Working with us means meeting people of different ages and with different needs. As a pool attendant at the swimming hall, you work to provide support and service to visitors at the facility. Your tasks are varied. You are part of the team that manages the daily operations and develops the swimming hall's activities. Your responsibilities include facility maintenance, reception, pool supervision, café work, and staffing our relaxation area. If you have the appropriate qualifications, there are opportunities to work with swimming lessons, baby swimming, and as a water training instructor. QUALIFICATIONS • This position suits you if you are driven, service-oriented, and responsible. You have good teamwork skills and are a team player who enjoys working with people and fitness. You are service-oriented and treat everyone with respect. • CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) training is desirable but not required. Remaining training will be provided on-site. • Previous experience in similar work is a merit. We place great importance on personal suitability. You must be at least 18 years old and have a good command of Swedish; additional languages are meriting. • You must be able to swim and pass our swimming test. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Fixed-term contract.
