We are seeking nursing assistants/care aides for temporary hourly work at our care and residential facilities for the elderly and within home care services. 23 position(s). WORK DUTIES As a nursing assistant/care aide, your work includes providing good quality of life to our clients based on a person-centered approach. The work primarily consists of care and support tasks and being able to contribute with social support and guidance. Service tasks such as cleaning and laundry are performed. You should be able to work both independently and in collaboration with others in your team. We use various digital tools, so you need to have knowledge of how to use digital technology and be familiar with using a computer in daily work in the form of documentation. We use Pulsen Combine as our management system. Working hours are flexible based on the needs of the operation and your preferences. Our operations run 24 hours a day. QUALIFICATIONS Nursing assistant education or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent. We are looking for you as a positive, engaged and responsible person with good empathetic ability. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement, both spoken and written, as communication and documentation are important parts of the work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, maturity and ability to cooperate. A valid driver's license (Category B) is a requirement for home care work and night shifts. If you are a nursing assistant, you must also provide a certificate from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare regarding protected professional title.
