We are now recruiting substitutes for scheduled shifts with our child client in Rättvik. Primarily night work. Who are you? As a person, you need to be confident, able to adapt to different situations, and have a strong sense of integrity. You will work actively based on the client's needs. You must have a high work ethic and sense of responsibility. About the position: We are recruiting substitutes to work as regular assistants on scheduled shifts, but we may also hire some on an hourly basis for on-call positions who step in when someone is sick. It is a great plus if you have the ability to step in and work at short notice. The clients: Our client who lives in Rättvik is a child client with very significant care needs, and you will need to learn to work according to clearly established guidelines and to interpret the client's signals. Experience: It is meriting but not required that you have experience working in care and health services, preferably as a personal assistant. In your application, I would like you to tell us about yourself, as the client chooses their own assistant, so we will place great emphasis on personality and chemistry. You will receive necessary introduction on-site with the client. Schedule: All clients have different schedules; there are both 24-hour shifts as well as shorter shifts during day and evening hours. With some clients you will work completely independently, and with others there may be double assistance. Clearly state in your application during which times of day you are available to work.
