We are seeking several substitute staff members for our residential facility Borghaga/Vimarhaga during the period June 26 - August 31, 2026 Borghaga/Vimarhaga is Vimmerby municipality's largest care and service residence with 9 units. The departments are divided between those serving individuals with physical disabilities or persons with dementia diagnoses 3 position(s). WORK RESPONSIBILITIES The work involves facilitating daily life for people who, due to age or illness/functional limitations, need support to manage their everyday activities. The main principle is to provide support and assistance based on the user's approved services, self-determination and participation. Examples of what you can expect to work with: • Personal care - assisting with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing. • Supervision and assistance as needed - being a support in managing various situations, for example during transfers. • Service tasks - cleaning, assistance with meals • Documentation - carefully document the support and care you provide, in accordance with care decisions and implementation plans in our Lifecare system. • Health and medical care - perform health and medical care tasks as delegated by the responsible nurse. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • Is at least 18 years old • Has education in a Care Program or equivalent education is desirable. • Experience from this field of work is an advantage. In the selection process, we will place great emphasis on personal qualities and interest in the position. As a person, you are responsible and flexible, you have a service-oriented approach and a positive attitude with respectful conduct. It is important that you can work independently while also having good collaborative skills. The position requires documentation and therefore you must have computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. Working hours vary between day/evening/weekend shifts.
