We are now recruiting temporary personal assistants for our child clients in Rättvik. Who are you? As a person, you need to be confident in yourself, able to adapt to different situations, and have a strong sense of integrity. You will work actively based on the client's needs. You should have high work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility. About the position: We are seeking both summer temporary assistants to cover regular assistants' shifts during summer, but we may also hire certain individuals on an hourly basis as on-call replacements who step in and work when someone is sick. It is a great advantage if you have the ability to step in and work with short notice. The clients: Our client who lives in Rättvik is a child with very significant care needs, and you will need to learn to work according to clearly established guidelines and to interpret the client's signals. Experience: It is desirable but not a requirement that you have experience working in healthcare and care services, preferably as a personal assistant. In your application, I would like you to tell us about yourself, as the client selects their own assistant, so we will place great emphasis on personality and chemistry. You will receive necessary orientation on-site with the client. Schedule: All clients have different schedules, which include both 24-hour shifts as well as shorter shifts during daytime and evening hours. With some clients you will work completely independently, and with others there may be dual assistance. Clearly state in your application during which times of day you are able to work.
