JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We're looking for someone who can step in as temporary staff during the summer for a longer or shorter period and replace regular staff during sick leave, vacation, and other absences. Work responsibilities within our service areas: • Home Care: You help elderly and disabled persons in their homes with daily activities such as personal care, cleaning, and shopping. You will also provide social support and encouragement to improve their quality of life. • Special Housing: At our special housing facilities, you will work providing care and support to residents who need extra help in their daily lives. This includes, for example, personal hygiene, medication management, meal assistance, and participating in various activities to promote their well-being. • LSS (Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities): Within LSS activities, you will support persons with functional disabilities in their daily lives. This may include assisting with personal care, leisure activities, work or studies, and promoting their independence and participation in society. QUALIFICATIONS For these positions, we're looking for someone who: Has completed education equivalent to nursing assistant, personal assistant, or caregiver. Has good physical health. Works independently and feels confident in the role. Is 18 years old or older. A driver's license is advantageous. Expresses yourself fluently in speech and writing, and can receive information in speech and writing. Language testing may be conducted. Can use a computer as a tool in your work. • You are a positive colleague who takes responsibility for your work and the shared work environment. • Good treatment of others is self-evident to you. • Open-minded about people's differences and with respect for each other's backgrounds and opinions. If you become a candidate for employment, you must provide an extract from the police's criminal record register. You order this yourself via e-service on the Police's website. Final candidates for the position must present a valid Swedish citizenship/work permit before the position is filled. Salary form: Hourly wage. Type of employment: Fixed-term employment.
